How to use pre cut knee tape

Step 1: First, with your knee slightly bent, apply the middle section of the patch vertically to the center of your patella, covering the area above and below the patella, as the fixation.

Step 2: Stretch the two muscle pain strips above the patella upwards by 75% to conform to the thigh area.

Step 3: Next, apply the two side branches of muscle pain strips upwards from both sides of the knee, forming a “V”-shaped support structure to stabilize the sides of the joint and help maintain the correct patella position.

Step 4: Stretch the two muscle pain strips below the patella inwards towards the lower leg by 75%, extending downwards along the tibia. This relieves pressure on the patellar tendon and provides support below the knee.

Step 5: Finally, stretch the two muscle pain strips on the outer side of the knee outwards by 75%, forming a complete knee-wrapping structure.
