How to use white sports wrap

Then, start a spiral wrap from the wrist to the thumb joint and back to the wrist. This will form a support that limits thumb movement.

Closed Weave: This more advanced method is often used when the medial collateral ligament (MCL), the lateral collateral ligament (LCL), or another small body part gets hurt.  This method uses a crisscrossing “weave” pattern of overlapping tapes wrapped around the knee. The top and bottom are held in place with horizontal “closed” tape, which keeps the knee stable in all directions.

Preventing Foot Blisters: A white sports wrap can be used on the heel and forefoot to make a protective layer inside the shoe. This will help during long runs or walks, but the bandage won’t help support the joints.

Important: These are popular uses, but proper technique is very important.  To deal with an injury, you should always get help with taping it the first time from a qualified sports coach or physical therapist.
