Our sport tape factory has been established for years, is the enterprise professionally manufacturing sport tape and bandage . Wemade has a full set of production system from researching & developing, materials purchasing, producing, inspection, packaging and exporting.
All our skilled and experienced workers, strict quality control system, excellent management team and work team, and keen attention to the market ofsport tape and bandage products are to ensure Wemade products meet international standards.
Factory Gallery
Production of Tapes
- MTERIAL – We will prepare cloth, glue, packaging and other raw materials in advance to undertake various orders.
- GLUING – We use imported hypoallergenic glue, with Henkel glue from Germany and acrylic glue from Japan.
- ROLLING – Everything was ready, and we went straight to the rolling machine.
- CUTTING – Cut into any size tape roll you want on the cutting machine.
- PRODUCTS – The factory will prepare a lot of regular sizes in stock to meet the demand of MOQ=1, free samples, etc.
- TESTING – We sample some tapes to test its size, stickiness, stretchability and other quality issues.
- SHIPPING – Then we will arrange packing, shipping, etc.
Production of Bandages
- MATERIAL – We will prepare a variety of colors of non-woven raw materials in stock.
- GLUING – Professional workers will apply glue all over the non-woven fabric. The adhesion is controlled by the glue.
- ROLLING – As with the production of tape, it also goes through the rolling machine.
- CUTTING – Cut into any size bandage roll you want on the cutting machine.
- PRODUCTS – We will also prepare regular bandage to meet customers’ different demands.
- TESTING – We sample some tapes to test its size, stickiness, stretchability and other quality issues.
- SHIPPING – Then we will arrange packing, shipping, etc.
