Kinesiology tape is a kind of physical therapy product. Many physical therapy institutions in Europe and the United States will use this tape to help patients relieve pain. Its main material is a soft fabric made of cotton thread or rayon plus spandex, with glue brushed on one side, which can be used directly on the skin. It is very soft, has good air permeability, and has certain elasticity. It is an auxiliary product for physical rehabilitation. It is a kind of medical supplies. It is also used by many athletes to prevent muscle damage and relieve muscle soreness caused by strenuous exercise.
Athletic tape is a kind of adhesive tape made of cotton cloth. The main material is cotton cloth with glue on one side. It and kinesiology tape are both sports tapes. They are both sticky. The difference is that athletic tape has no elasticity. Its main function is to bandage and fix, and its stickiness is so strong that if you forcefully tear it off after use, it can even tear off your skin.
